After successful pairing with the APP, AICE 3 will default to playing music. To switch back to playing music on the phone, just change the playback device in the airplay settings to the phone.

①Because the fast charging protocol cannot be recognized in the low power state, please uses a regular USB A to C charger to charge for more than 5 hours when the device runs out of battery.

Battery life varies with the set temperature and fan speed. In cooling mode, it lasts about 4-7 hours; in heating mode, 7-15 hours; and in natural wind mode, 10-30 hours.

For the first five charging cycles, charge the device when the battery is around 30%, then charge it for an additional three hours after it's full. This step is crucial for activating the battery, extending its overall life, and reducing potential issues.

*Be sure to fully charge the AICE 3's battery before first use and last an additional 3 hours, usually a total of 5 hours.

Please check whether you have completed the steps to activate the battery and upgrade the firmware to the latest version in the APP. Fully charge the product and use it until 15% of the battery remains, then fully charge it again. Repeat the above steps 3-5 times to fully activate the battery. If you have already done the above, we recommend setting the temperature to 22-24℃/71-75℉ and setting the wind speed to 60%. This will help you get a superior cooling experience while enjoying longer battery life.
