Having an issue, how do you get in touch with support personnel?

The sensor that touches the back of your neck is not working. I need to get in touch with product support, but I cannot figure out where to contact support on this website.

Great Product - Fix charging w/firmware update

This is a fantastic device. Very cool. For anyone experiencing a battery won't charge" issue, go into the App on your phone, Choose the 3 dots on the upper right to get to the setup menu. Find "firmware update" and touch it. Charge your battery and perform the firmware update, Don't disturb your phone or the AICE 3 while it is updating. When the firmware update is done, go in to the 3 dot menu again and make sure the OS and the MCU are at the latest versions. Then, try your A1CE, run the battery out and then hook it up and let it charge all night. Mine charges excellent now.

Aice 3 battery

Could have given 5 stars but the down side is the neckfan shuts down when battery level has reached 45% level. From 100% it’s working perfectly fine. I followed the 1st 5 charges instructions but I don’t know what to do to keep running below 45% level

Battery issue

When it works it works great but I do have issues with the fans shutting off when I plug it back in the fans will come on 🤷🏼‍♂️

That's fantastic! I've had experience with their previous products, and the cooling effect was excellent. I'm planning to purchase the AICE LITE. I'm really looking forward to it!
