It works, but it's not a perfect solution for hotter climates

The AICE LITE does work like advertised - it cools your neck, and it's like magic when you feel the cooling plates getting colder within seconds of turning it on.

However, it generates a lot of noise, and it's close to your ears. It's kind of like putting your ears right next to your laptop's fan outlets. On the highest settings it can start sounding like a server room. So I wouldn't recommend it for indoor use. Only when you're out in the street. There is a "silent mode" but the cooling performance inevitably drops.

The cold air exhaust outlets directed at your face don't do a great job. A simple fan directed at your face will do a 10x better job.

All in all, nice product if you don't mind the noise or if you're outside with headphones. Good for activities such as walking and cycling. Not so great for a home or office environment.

I am hot, and we’re not talking in a sexy way, this product has managed to do what I’ve needed in my life. It can cool my system down.
I wear shorts all year round and rarely have the heating on. And air con in my bedrooms as to aid my ability to sleep. They’re great, and because of this overheating in my system I dreaded going out. Not anymore. The fans can be loud on full throttle but I’m happy to put up with that for the results. The heating functions are impressive as well. My daughter appreciated that feature, and I nearly had to buy a second one. Maybe for Xmas! Lol

I purchased this based soley on You Tube Reviews. I thought the fan was good - then I switched in the Heating/ Cooling Element - WOW!!! It's just like a Temperature Controlled Cooler and Heater for your neck! It actually makes a Huge Difference. A Solid 5/5. You must Buy One!

Good for what it is

Far's build, it seems a quality product. Performance wise, its very good for what it is. It does not just blow cool air but ontop, there are 2 large wrap around cooling plates are work incombo with the cool air. Not exactly air conditioner but it does cool down the neck area to a degree that it makes hot days bearable.
