How can I extend the battery life

For the first five charging cycles, charge the device when it reaches around 30%, then add an extra three hours after it’s fully charged. This step is vital for activating the battery and enhancing its lifespan. Ensure the AICE Lite is fully charged before first use, totaling about five hours.

Battery not lasting as expected?

Ensure you’ve activated the battery and updated the firmware via the app. Fully charge the product, use it down to 15%, then recharge completely; repeat this cycle 3-5 times to optimize battery performance. If already completed, set the temperature to 22-24℃ (71-75℉) and wind speed to 60% for the best cooling experience and extended battery life.

Is it prone to snagging hair?

With its bladeless intake design and hidden air channels, the device effectively prevents hair snagging. For optimal cooling efficiency and airflow, we recommend tying up long hair to avoid covering the intake vents.
