Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the duration from the completion of payment to the fulfillment of the order, during which RANVOO prepares the shipment and hands it over to the logistics provider.

For orders shipped to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Canada, certain products are eligible for local warehouse dispatch. If the order is placed on the same day, it will be shipped the next day (RANVOO partners with Amazon Logistics and USPS).
For orders to other regions or those shipped from our warehouse in China, we generally complete fulfillment within 1-3 business days.

During holidays, processing time may be extended due to holiday schedules, increased order volume, or logistics congestion.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the tracking number (sent to the email address provided at checkout).

Limited Shipping Availability

We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to certain reasons, our logistics currently do not support some regions (including parts of Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, Russia, etc.). Please refer to the checkout page for specific available shipping destinations.

Tracking

To track your order, visit "Track My Order" and enter your order number (e.g., 1234) along with the email used at checkout. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number we provide, which will be sent to your email once your order is fulfilled.

    • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
    • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
    • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@ranvoo.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation via the Order Page or Account Page, and we will issue a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please proceed with a return after receiving your package. For details, refer to our Return Policy.

About Tax

In rare cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, and we will be responsible for the charges.
