How effective is the cooling mode in outdoor conditions?
AICE 3 features the industry’s most advanced cooling technology and top temperature-sensing semiconductors. It has 2 upward, 2 downward, and 2 surrounding air outlets around the neck, delivering a full-body cooling experience. It is the only neck air conditioner that operates in extreme heat over 105℉ (40℃), cooling you down quickly by up to 27℉ (15℃).
How is the battery life?
Battery life varies with the set temperature and fan speed. In cooling mode, it lasts about 4-7 hours; in heating mode, 7-15 hours; and in natural wind mode, 10-30 hours.
How can I extend the battery life?
For the first five charging cycles, charge the device when it reaches around 30%, then add an extra three hours after it’s fully charged. This step is vital for activating the battery and enhancing its lifespan. Ensure the AICE 3 is fully charged before first use, totaling about five hours.
Battery not lasting as expected?
Ensure you’ve activated the battery and updated the firmware via the app. Fully charge the product, use it down to 15%, then recharge completely; repeat this cycle 3-5 times to optimize battery performance. If already completed, set the temperature to 22-24℃ (71-75℉) and wind speed to 60% for the best cooling experience and extended battery life.

How to start a Firmware update?
To perform the firmware update, start the upgrade while ensuring the device has sufficient battery and a stable Bluetooth connection. Once the upgrade begins, avoid any actions that could interrupt the device’s operation. Make sure the battery is activated before the first firmware upgrade to prevent battery drain during the process, which could cause the device to crash.
Does it cause neck problems?
The AICE series neck A/C provides healthy cooling by avoiding sensitive areas around the neck vertebrae, preventing neck issues. It also features a heat function to relax the shoulders and neck.
Will it snag hair?
With its bladeless intake design and hidden air channels, the device effectively prevents hair snagging. For optimal cooling efficiency and airflow, we recommend tying up long hair to avoid covering the intake vents.
Is it noisy during use?
Select the quiet mode to balance noise and cooling. The closer the set temperature is to the ambient temperature, the lower the air conditioner’s power consumption and fan noise.
