Prolong Battery Durability
To achieve optimal battery performance, kindly note the following considerations during the initial 1-5 charging cycles of the AICE3: The battery may exhibit inaccurate battery power. To ensure comprehensive battery activation and maximize its operational lifespan, it is advised that within the first five charging cycles of AICE3 usage, when the battery level approaches the critical threshold of 30%, connect the device to a power source until the battery reaches full charge, followed by an additional 3 hours of charging. This step is of paramount importance for accurate battery activation. By adhering to these guidelines, you can significantly enhance the overall longevity of the battery while mitigating potential issues.
Ensuring Successful One-Time Firmware Upgrades
When executing firmware updates, it's imperative to ensure the device has sufficient battery charge and maintains a stable Bluetooth connection. Additionally, once the firmware upgrade is initiated, refrain from engaging in any actions that might disrupt the device's operation. This ensures a smooth upgrade process and the accomplishment of a successful one-time upgrade.

How to turn the device totally off?
If you need to turn the device off, please remember to turn it totally off via the button on the neck part. Another place will let the device in stand by which will also consume the power until the battery runs out.
Why the device can't be (fast) chagre?
①Because the fast charging protocol cannot be recognized in the low power state, please uses a regular USB A to C charger to charge for more than 5 hours when the device runs out of battery.
②Normally, you can use a 9V-2A or higher fast charging head and charging cable to achieve fast charging.
【Attention】In order to avoid ① situation, it is recommended not to totally run out of the battery, and remember to press the main button on the back of the neck part to ensure that the machine is totally turned off.
